THE SISTER SIRENS 11x17 Riso Print
In Greek myths, sirens were human-like sea beings with enchanting voices - often luring sailors to their doom on rocky cliffs, where they’d devour the drowned men of lore.
Sirens kept being referred as that classic vibe of risky queen energy in medieval Christian art, low-key representing femme fatales who were, DING DING DING, Temptresses. Notice a theme in my art???
Nowadays, calling someone a "siren" is like saying she’s a stunner but someone to watch out for, she’s got those crazy eyes.
