What’s your work process like for custom projects?

I get asked this so often I’ve made a “Project Overview” script. Feel free to check it out here:


Items will generally ship within a few days of order, but I ask that you allow up to 14 days for delivery.

NOTE: For custom made apparel, please allow three weeks for shipment if you’re ordering from Canada. Customs (border folk) really slows things down a lot.


I GLADLY ACCEPT EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:

  • Contact me within 7 days of delivery

  • Ship items back within 14 days of delivery

  • Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase


I DO NOt ACCEPT RETURNS:

Sorry, I'm not Walmart. But please do get in contact with me if you have any issues with your order.


CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGES:

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

How Prints will show up:

Mailing out prints costs just the same flat as it does rolled up, so I will almost exclusively send them out in stiff kraft mailers. I ship out prints and shirts oversized lettermail unless you pay for it in the shipping option. That means NO TRACKING, fyi. Also, if you live in the Calgary AB region and don’t mind taking a drive downtown to pick up your work, use the offercode “notshipping” to skip the shipping costs!
